My Story

Hi and welcome! I am Whitney! The heart behind MaeiDesignNC. I’m a wife, a mother of four, and an ICU nurse. MaeiDesignNC began as a creative outlet and a form of therapy during the stress and heaviness of nursing. Creating gave me space to breathe, reset, and pour into something joyful when work felt overwhelming.

 

What started as a personal outlet quickly turned into a small business, and I’m slowly and intentionally growing it with heart and purpose. Through this journey, I’ve gained a deep respect for small businesses and the impact they have on their communities. Being a small business owner has shown me just how important it is to shop with intention and support local above anything else.

 

Big box stores don’t notice your orders the way I will. Every order here matters, every customer matters, and every bit of support means more than you know.
