Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MaeiDesignNC LLC! Custom woodworking orders are typically shipped within 10–14 business days after your order is placed, while all other items ship within 7–10 business days.

We handle every order with care, packaging each item securely to help ensure it arrives safely. While we can’t control how carriers handle packages once they leave our hands, we will always advocate for our customers and assist in resolving any issues that may occur during transit.
