✨ Mission Statement ✨ The Crafting Village is a monthly creative gathering for women seeking connection, support, and an outlet through hands-on creativity. Through shared crafting experiences, meaningful conversation, and intentional togetherness, we create space to slow down, feel seen, and build genuine community—because none of us are meant to do life alone. 🧶 What Makes This Different Inclusive of moms, non-moms, and women in all seasons No pressure to be artistic or productive Community-first, craft-second A safe space to talk, laugh, vent, and support Consistent monthly rhythm = deeper connections over time Monthly Meetup (1.5–2 hours) Each gathering includes: Welcome + grounding moment (5–10 min) Guided craft (low-stress, achievable) Open conversation + connection Optional sharing / reflection Monthly Membership Includes: One in-person craft night per month All basic supplies included Exclusive member-only projects or themes First access to workshops/events Community connection (possibly a private group)

Cancellation Policy
📋 MaeiDesignNC Booking Policy 💌 Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or a flat retainer) is required to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event. 🗓️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future date if you reschedule at least 10 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will forfeit the deposit. If MaeiDesignNC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 👥 Guest Count & Final Headcount Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. Pricing will be adjusted based on your final confirmed number of participants. Increases in guest count after this deadline are subject to supply availability and may incur additional charges. 🏠 Event Location MaeiDesignNC workshops can take place at your event location — home, office, school, or venue. Please ensure the space is suitable for setup (tables, seating, and access to power if needed). Travel is available within 30 miles of Concord, NC. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this range. 🎨 Setup & Materials We provide all materials, supplies, and setup/cleanup for your workshop. Please allow 30–45 minutes before and after your event for setup and breakdown. Some projects (like resin or paint) may require drying space; we’ll plan accordingly. 💳 Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card. Invoices will be sent via email once your booking details are confirmed. 📷 Photos & Social Media We love showcasing creativity! MaeiDesignNC may take photos during workshops for promotional use.
